The Central and Bengal governments have been tight-lipped about the Delhi transfer of Alpan Bandyopadhyay, the top navigator of West Bengal. CM Mamata Banerjee has refused to relive the Chief Secretary. Mamata Banerjee has written a five-page letter to PM Modi on this issue. In her letter, Mamta has termed the transfer of the Chief Secretary as wrong, citing many rules and the Constitution.


पश्चिम बंगाल (West Bengal)के टॉप नौकशाह अलपन बंद्योपाध्याय(alapan bandyopadhyay) के दिल्ली ट्रांसफर को लेकर केंद्र और बंगाल सरकार (Bengal Govt) में ठन गई है. सीएम ममता बनर्जी (Mamata Banerjee) ने चीफ सेक्रेटरी को रिलीव करने से इनकार कर दिया है.ममता बनर्जी ने इस मसले पर पीएम मोदी (PM Modi) को पांच पेज की चिट्ठी लिखी है. अपने पत्र में ममता ने कई नियमों और संविधान का हवाला देते हुए चीफ सेक्रेटरी के ट्रांसफर को गलत करार दिया है.
