The Supreme Court was to hear on Friday the petition filed for cancellation of CBSE and ICSE 12th board Exams, which has been deferred by the court. Explain that a petition has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of 12th class board papers in view of Coronavrirus, during the hearing on Friday, the bench headed by Supreme Court Justice AM Khanwilkar said that ICSE and CBSE at the time of hearing Representation should also be done from this. Hearing has been postponed till Monday.

Supreme Court में शुक्रवार को CBSE और ICSE 12th board Exams को रद्द करने को लेकर दायर याचिका को लेकर सुनवाई होनी थी, जिसे कोर्ट ने टाल दिया है. बता दें कि Supreme Court में Coronavrirus को देखते हुए 12वीं कक्षा के बोर्ड पेपरों को रद्द करने की मांग वाली याचिका दाखिल की गई है,शुक्रवार को सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट जस्टिस एएम खानविलकर की अगुवाई वाली बेंच ने कहा कि सुनवाई के वक्त ICSE और CBSE से भी रिप्रेजेंटेशन होने चाहिए.ऐसे में सुनवाई सोमवार तक के लिए टाल दी गई है.
