A day after being arrested in Dominica for allegedly entering the island country illegally, fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi's legal team has filed a habeas corpus petition in Dominica.
In the petition, Mehul Choksi's lawyer has alleged that there are "marks of torture" on his body. It has also been alleged that Mehul Choksi was "forcefully picked up" from Antigua and Barbuda against his wishes. Watch the full report to know more.
