Cyclone Yaas: Landfall process started around 9 am, says Odisha Special Relief Commissioner

Odisha Special Relief Commissioner PK Jena informed that landfall process for Cyclone Yaas began around 9 am on May 26 and is likely to continue for 3-4 hours. “Landfall process started around 9 o'clock and is expected to continue for 3-4 hrs. It's expected that by around 1 pm, tail end of cyclone will also be completely moving to landmass. It's making landfall between Dhamra and Balasore,” said PK Jena.
