The cyclonic storm 'Yas' has started making its impact. Both states have started receiving heavy rains before hitting the coastal areas of West Bengal and Odisha. Cyclone Yas is moving rapidly towards Odisha coast. There is a possibility of cyclonic storm Yas hitting Dhamra in Odisha around 11 am to 01 pm today. It is believed that a lot of havoc can happen during this period.

चक्रवाती तूफान ‘यास’ (YAAS) ने अपना असर दिखाना शुरू कर दिया है। पश्चिम बंगाल (West Bengal) और ओडिशा (Odisha) के तटीय इलाकों से टकराने से पहले ही दोनों राज्यों में भारी बारिश होने लगी है। साइक्लोन यास (Cyclone Yaas) तेजी से ओडिशा तट की ओर बढ़ रहा है. चक्रवाती तूफान यास के ओडिशा (Yaas in Odisha) के धामरा में आज सुबह 11 बजे से दोपहर 01 बजे के आस-पास टकराने की आशंका है. माना जा रहा है कि इस दौरान काफी तबाही मचा सकता है।
