Cyclone Yaas likely to hit to Balasore coast around 11 AM. According to the Meteorological Department, Yaas storm will cross the Odisha coast between Dhamra and Balasore with wind speeds of 130 to 140 kilometers per hour. Its effect will be seen in 8 states including West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Bihar. Watch video.
