Punjab MLA Navjot Singh Sidhu placed a black flag at his residence in Patiala in support of farmers protesting against the three farm laws. On May 24, farmers gathered in large numbers in Hisar district of Haryana to seek action against the cops who allegedly lathi-charged them. The farmers have been protesting at the borders of the national capital since November last year against the newly enacted farm laws.
