A recent video has surfaced where Yoga guru Ramdev was heard saying, "lakhs of people have died because of allopathic medicines, far more than those who died because they did not get treatment or oxygen." He also purportedly called allopathy "stupid and bankrupt." The Indian Medical Association has sent him a legal notice that demanded a written apology and withdrawal of the statements.
