Collector slaps youth, smashes mobile for lockdown violation

District Collector in Chhattisgarh slapped a youth and smashes his mobile who was reportedly out to buy some medicines amid the statewide lockdown on Saturday. Apart from slapping him, the district collector also asked cops to beat him up and ordered an FIR against him. Watch video
