Health Ministry holds a press conference on Monday over the situation of COVID-19 in India. Lav Agarwal, joint secretary in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare says COVID-19 cases are declining in Delhi, Chattisgarh, Haryana, and Madhya Pradesh.
