Hi,
No one wants to be overweight.
Exercise is necessary for losing weight.
Does moderate exercise help?
Sometimes, you exercise a few times a week but WITHOUT losing weight.
You feel frustrated.
A few years ago I gained weight and decided to cut it down with exercise.
First month, I lost about 5 pounds.
Following month, the scale didn't move.
I wondered why.
I was going to the gym 5-6 times each week with weight reduction diet.
Why I didn't lose weight?
I found that doing heavy exercise is stressful.
To counter stress your body starts preserving energy.
And you stop losing weight.
Any solution?
Doing moderate exercise.
I began exercising 3-4 sessions a week, I started losing weight again.
If I didn't cut back on exercise, I won’t lose weight
That would lower my motivation.
So listen, losing weight is a marathon, not a sprint.
It's better to go slow.
If you lose a pound or two each month, you feel encouraged.
After a year you'll be a different person.
That's the right way to lose weight.
But it's hard to stay motivated...
That's why I have created few lessons
Free of cost
