In the light of the surge in the coronavirus cases in the state, the Bihar government imposed lockdown in the state till May 15. Amid the state wide lockdown, people were seen flouting lockdown guidelines. In one such incident, around 17 people were seen travelling in one e-rickshaw. Watch the video for more information.
