TMC chief Mamata Banerjee took oath as West Bengal Chief Minister on May 05 for third consecutive term. Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar administered the oath at the Raj Bhavan in Kolkata. The swearing-in ceremony was very low-key due to ongoing Covid pandemic. Trinamool Congress won 213 seats in recently concluded West Bengal Assembly elections.
