Amid a sharp increase in Covid-19 cases, Election Commission of India has banned any celebration on election results day. Despite the ban, TMC supporters were seen celebrating in Asansol as official trends show the party leading on 202 seats so far. TMC supporters go against the ECI guidelines and flouted Covid SOPs. TMC leader and candidate from Barabani Assembly Constituency Bidhan Upadhyay looked positive and said that TMC are ground workers and those who were ranting about getting 200 plus have been vanished.
