Kenya social congress party candidate for Bonchari constituency by-election in Kisii county has decried alleged intimidation by the security personnel from the national and county governments ahead of the ballot slotted for 18th May this year. David Ogega Oyugi alleged the intimidation was from those supporting the jubilee and orange democratic candidates meant to derail the efforts of the smaller parties' candidates.
