A 35-year-old kuih seller was charged in the George Town Magistrate’s Court on Friday (April 23) with the murder of a police constable who was killed while on duty.

Charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code, Mohd Arraffat Taufik faces the death penalty, if convicted.
