The new Covid prevention restrictions were announced after a Covid-19 response meeting took place this morning.

The meeting was chaired virtually by Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley who says the measures are needed because of an increase in hospital occupancy.

He is also calling on his political opponents to stop blaming Tobago for the recent surge in Covid cases.
