An oxygen cylinder leak at Zakir Hussain Hospital in India affected the supply of oxygen gas to Corona Ward, killing 24 patients.

According to Indian media, 24 people were killed when oxygen supply to patients in Corona ward was affected due to leakage in oxygen gas storage room at Zakir Hussain Hospital in Nashik, a major city in Maharashtra.


Oxygen gas storage leaked while filling up with gas. As soon as I saw it, the whole storage room was filled with gas. Oxygen supply officials looked completely helpless.
