Brad Stevens was interviewed postgame after the Celtics dropped a tough loss to Chicago 102-96, snapping the team’s six game win streak. Coach Stevens credited the Bulls for their defense and forcing turnovers with their length and physicality. The Bulls were pesky in their defending of Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum, and Brad said “They made it really tough on those two guys”. On trying to find rhythm and acclimate new players, Stevens said “our guys could really use two straight days (of practice). We’ll practice Wednesday...knock on wood hopefully we’ll have a few of these guys back.” Coach Stevens was unsure of what happened with Jaylen Brown or his shoulder, but did say that he was getting it looked at after the game and chalked it up to the physical defense of the Bulls. Stevens also said Romeo Langford has had some moments, but “he’s just out there still kinda swimming.”
