Africa wants to inoculate a fifth of its one billion people against the coronavirus this year. Some countries don't have enough -- or any -- vaccines. Others, like Senegal and Malawi, struggle to find people to immunise amid scepticism over the seriousness of Covid-19 and mistrust in the jabs.
