Bezos fired back at claims that Amazon fulfillment
centers can be a demoralizing place to work,
a place where employees are treated as "robotic.".
For shareholders leery of the idea that Amazon can
retain its focus on customers and also be the
"Earth’s Best Employer and Earth’s Safest Place to Work,".
Bezos wrote, "I’m confident
they will reinforce each other."
