In this video, I discuss the advantages and disadvantages of investing in low income or section 8 properties. I first talk about my preference between Class A, B, C or D rental properties based on the tenant’s income and other factors.
Then, I discuss the good and the bad good when dealing with section 8, government funded housing. Sometimes having a third party standing in the middle of a transaction can make it more difficult to get what you want.
Finally, I talk about the pros and cons of low income rental properties that are not receiving government benefits. And is it worth going after someone who damaged your property or didn't pay rent?
