The police officer in the US State of Minnesota who shot dead a black man this week has resigned, along with the Brooklyn centre police chief. Toshira Garraway's fiancé was killed by police in 2009 and since then she's established an organisation supporting families against police violence. She says the officer who shot Daunte Wright needs to be held accountable.
