Founded 50 years ago by pastry chef Gaston Lenôtre, the Lenôtre culinary school has new ambitions, despite the Covid crisis, in a brand new site in Rungis, a stone's throw from the world's largest fresh produce market. The school is providing new opportunities to people who, amid the Covid crisis, seek a career change away from the 'loneliness' of working from home.
