Four days before Tamil Nadu goes to the polls, Prime Minister Narendra Modi of the BJP is in the state. He will be addressing rallies at Madurai and Kanyakumari on Friday. 
A day earlier, Udhayanidhi Stalin of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam courted controversy when he stated that PM Modi had "sidelined" senior leaders of the BJP to become the prime minister.
