The high-octane campaign for the Nandigram Assembly constituency has come to an end as the seat goes to the polls on April 1, the second phase of Bengal polls. The seat is most closely-watched as it is witnessing a direct contest between Mamata Banerjee and her former trustee Suvendu Adhikari, who joined the BJP last year.
