Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Mar 26 (ANI): Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat termed his unceremonious exit from post as part of a conspiracy. Addressing to his supporters at an event in Dehradun, Rawat referred to the Mahabharata to explain his situation and equated himself with Abhimanyu. He further said that his people should be proud as he has come clean out of the black den of politics. Trivendra Singh Rawat said, “Mother Draupadi asked the Pandavas to avenge the death of Abhimanyu who was killed by deception. Draupadi did not cry and she insisted only on taking revenge from the Kauravas.” He further said, “Such incidents, removal of a chief minister, are part of the political system. You should feel proud that I came clean out of the black den of politics.”
