Man dies after car trapped by floodwaters in NW Sydney

A man has died when he became trapped in a car in floodwaters in Sydney's north-west. Emergency services located the car with the man's body inside just after 1 o'clock and he is yet to be formally identified. Helicopters have delivered supplies to heavily flood-stricken areas like Windsor.
