Chole bhature is a food dish originating from northern India. However, in India, Delhi Chole Bhature is very popular, it is a combination of chana masala and bhatura/Puri, a fried bread made from maida. The origin of dish lies in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.

Ingredients required for Bhatura :

200 gram white flour (maida)
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp salt
1 glass water

Ingredients required for Chola :

250 gram Kabuli chana
2 Onion (medium size)
2 Tomato (medium size)
3 green chilli
3 tbsp Khada masala (black cardamom, black cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon)
5 tbsp oil
3 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch
1 tbsp coriander powder
3 tbsp chhole masala
Water (As required)
Salt (As required)
Coriander Leaves
