The Malaysian United Democratic Alliance (Muda) urged Inspector-General Abdul Hamid Bador to name those involved in the 'cartel' and corruption within the police force.

This came following the IGP's claims that there was a movement consisting of young police officers within the force conspiring to get rid of him.

Muda said they supported the IGP in his move to clean up the police force and were willing to assist the IGP and the police to ensure the cartel was eradicated.

They said this after sending a memorandum to the IGP this morning.
