Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing a rally in Bengal's Purulia district, launched a scathing attack on West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee on number of issues. He grabbed Mamata Banerjee's 'Khela Hobe' by the horns and countered it with 'Vikas Hobe'.
