Ahead of the West Bengal Assembly elections, hoardings were spotted near the place where West Bengal Chief Minister and leader of Trinamool Congress Mamata Banerjee has been staying in Nandigram, calling her an outsider. The TMC chief had been contesting polls from Bhawanipur constituency so far.
