Security forces fire tear gas at protesters in the southern city of Dawei as they rush to pour water and use fire extinguishers to clear the smoke. Three anti-coup protesters have been shot dead elsewhere in Myanmar as demonstrators across the country sought to paralyse the economy with strike action following a weekend of night raids and arrests.
