The second phase of the budget session of Parliament has started from today. As soon as the proceedings in the Rajya Sabha started, there was a ruckus on the rising prices of petrol and diesel from the opposition. After which the proceedings of Rajya Sabha had to be postponed to 11.

संसद के बजट सत्र का दूसरा चरण आज से शुरू हो गया है. राज्यसभा में कार्यवाही की शुरुआत होते ही विपक्ष की तरफ से पेट्रोल और डीजल के बढ़ते दामों को लेकर हंगामा किया गया. जिसके बाद राज्यसभा की कार्यवाही को 11 तक के लिए स्थगित करना पड़ा.
