The second half of the Budget session of Parliament commenced on Monday and Rajya Sabha reconvened at 9am. The lower house, Lok Sabha session will begin at 4pm and will continue till 10pm. Rajya Sabha adjourned for one hour as Congress MPs raised slogans demanding a discussion over rise in fuel prices. "I don't want to take any drastic action on the first day," said Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu as he adjourned the house till 11am. Watch the video for more information.
