An Australian winemaker has taken out the top award at the International Wine & Spirits Challenge. From Clare Valley in SA they beat the odds, after battling drought, bushfires and then COVID-19, to win. Mitchell Taylor, who is the managing director of Taylor Wines, says the constant challenges forced them to become innovative.
