The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) economic ministers has proposed a common digital vaccine certificate to speed up the reopening of hardest-hit sectors such as tourism, said Senior Minister cum International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali.
