The Andheri metropolitan magistrate's court issued a summons to Ranaut on February 1, directing her to appear before it on March 1. However, Ranaut failed to appear on Monday following which the court issued a bailable warrant against her. The court posted the matter for further hearing on March 22. Last month, the police submitted a report saying an offence of defamation was made out against the actor.

कंगना रनौत के लिए अब मुश्किलें एक बार फिर बढ़ती नजर आ रही है.अंधेरी की मेट्रोपोलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट के कोर्ट ने कंगना के खिलाफ जमानती वॉरंट इशू कर दिया है। ये वॉरंट कंगना के खिलाफ गीतकार जावेद अख्तर के दर्ज कराए मानहानि के केस के मामले में जारी किया गया है। दरअसल कोर्ट ने जावेद अख्तर के केस में कंगना को कोर्ट में पेश होने का आदेश दिया था। पेशी का समन भेजे जाने के बाद भी कंगना कोर्ट में हाजिर नहीं हुईं। इसके बाद कोर्ट ने कंगना के खिलाफ जमानती वॉरंट जारी कर दिया है।
