Malaysian Communications & Multimedia Commission chairman Dr Fadhlullah Suhaimi Abdul Malek says the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MoF Inc) through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) will be issued a licence to roll out 5G network infrastructure in the country.
