Another state power has gone out of the hands of Congress. The Congress-DMK government in Puducherry has fallen. State Chief Minister V Narayanasamy walked out of the House even before voting on the trust vote. After this, the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly announced that the government had lost its majority. The Chief Minister has resigned from his post.

कांग्रेस के हाथ से एक और राज्य की सत्ता निकल गई है. पुडुचेरी में कांग्रेस-डीएमके की सरकार गिर गई है. विश्वास मत परीक्षण पर वोटिंग से पहले ही राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री वी नारायणसामी ने सदन से वाकआउट कर दिया. इसके बाद विधान सभा अध्यक्ष ने एलान किया कि सरकार ने अपना बहुमत खो दिया है. मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है.
