Turkish medics climb mountains to vaccinate remote villagers

As Turkey expands its vaccine rollout, the task of inoculating elderly villagers in remote areas has health care workers climbing both real and figurative mountains. Infection rates have been low in isolated mountain villages and once medics arrive, they're often met with vaccine-wary locals. Despite administering more than half a million jabs in the first few days, efforts have slowed down considerably now that doctors are trying to reach secluded places.
