हर साल माघ महीने के शुक्ल पक्ष की पंचमी को बसंत पंचमी मनाई जाती है. भारत में इस दिन से ही बसंत ऋतु की शुरूआत होती है. बसंत पंचमी के दिन विधि-विधान से मां सरस्वती की पूजा की जाती है. इस बार बसंत पंचमी का पर्व 16 फरवरी मंगलवार के दिन मनाया जाएगा.
