जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस ने कुलगाम जिले में पिछले साल तीन भारतीय जनता पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं की हत्या करने वाले जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस ने लश्कर-ए-तैयबा के आतंकवादी जहूर अहमद राथर को गिरफ्तार किया है,पुलिस वे राथर को सांबा जिले से गिरफ्तार किया है। पुलिस को शक है कि आतंकी जहूर अहमद राथर ने तीन बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं के अलावा कुलगाम के फर्राह इलाके में एक पुलिसकर्मी की हत्या की थी।
