Authorities have recovered the bodies of 36 people who were presumed dead in Uttarakhand where flash floods devastated the Chamoli district on Sunday. Efforts are still underway to rescue nearly 30 workers trapped inside the Tapovan Tunnel. Watch the video for more information.
