ABOUT BRON WILLIAMS
Bron Williams ……is known as a BIAS SPECIALIST. She is engaged in developing bespoke programs and delivering strategies using various tools such as digital presentations, workshops, and conferences, aimed at creating, an awareness of the already existing concept of bias in the corporate world.
Bron gives leaders the questions they need to ask so they can acknowledge, identify, and address the biases that hurt them, their staff, and businesses, that keep them stuck and impact performance. She believes, it is then that leaders have the strength and optimism for future growth.
She is of the firm belief that the rich experiences that she had gained from the mixed career opportunities, should help for a targeted and successful growth of the organizations with which she has ties.
She has authored two books titled “I have seen the moon” and “Powered by your past”. Both the books are reflective of her learning’s from working with the asylum seekers on the Pacific island of Nauru and the experiences of her past.
As for her personal details, she has a family of three sons, two daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren. Though she is from a conservative background, she is radical in her approach towards her aim.
She lives in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
