देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत से उत्तर प्रदेश में राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाने की मांग की गई थी. लेकिन इस याचिका को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया है. तमिलनाडु के रहने वाले वकील सीआर जयासुकिन ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की थी. सुनवाई करते हुए CJI एसए बोबडे ने कहा कि इस याचिका में कोई रिसर्च नहीं की है. याचिकाकर्ता ने कहा कि यूपी में कानून व्यवस्था खराब है. लिहाजा राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाया जाए. लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तुरंत इस याचिका को खारिज कर दी.

The country largest court was demanded to impose President rule in Uttar Pradesh. But this petition has been rejected by the Supreme Court. Lawyer CR Jayasukin, who hails from Tamil Nadu, filed a petition in the Supreme Court. During the hearing, CJI SA Bobde said that no research has been done in this petition. The petitioner said that law and order in UP is bad. Hence President's rule should be imposed. But the Supreme Court immediately dismissed this petition.
