One of the organisers of an anti-lockdown protest in Cape Town is facing a charge of contravening the Disaster Management Act.   He failed to wear a mask in public. But officers have been criticised for not taking action against the other protestors who also did not wear masks. eNCA is still waiting for police to respond to a request for comment.   Monique Mortlock has the story.
