A portion of the Nanda Devi glacier in the Raini area in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand broke off earlier this morning. Triggering massive avalanche and flash floods in Dhauli Ganga. Rescue operation underway at the tunnel near Tapovan, Chamoli. ITBP personnel are carrying rescue operations as 15-20 people feared trapped inside the tunnel. Watch the video to know more.
