The Centre on Friday told informed the Supreme Court that it is agreeable to give an extra chance as a one-time relaxation to UPSC civil service aspirants, who had appeared in their last attempt in the 2020 exam amid the Covid-19 pandemic and are otherwise not age-barred.

कोरोना वायरस महामारी के चलते 2020 में UPSC सिविल सर्विस एग्जाम नहीं दे पाने वाले उम्मीदवारों को एक और मौका दिया जाएगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान केंद्र सरकार ने इस पर अपनी सहमति दे दी। हालांकि, केंद्र सरकार उम्मीदवारों को यह मौका कुछ शर्तों के साथ देगी। इसके संबंध में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हलफनामा दाखिल किया गया है, जिसकी सुनवाई सोमवार होगी।
