There is a fierce battle in West Bengal before the assembly elections. BJP and Mamta Banerjee are face to face again. BJP has decided to take out a rath yatra in Bengal. So the Mamata government has not allowed the BJP's rath yatra. The matter has reached the High Court. A PIL has been filed in the High Court to ban the BJP's Rath Yatra. At the same time, BJP has clearly said that the High Court has not given any stay on the PIL, so they will definitely take out the Rath Yatra.

पश्चिम बंगाल में विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले सियासी घमासान मचा हुआ है. बीजेपी और ममता बनर्जी फिर से आमने सामने हैं. बीजेपी ने बंगाल में रथयात्रा निकालने का फैसला किया है. तो ममता सरकार ने बीजेपी की रथयात्रा को अनुमति नहीं दी है. मामला हाईकोर्ट तक पहुंच गया है. बीजेपी की रथयात्रा पर रोक लगाने के लिए हाईकोर्ट में पीआईएल दाखिल की गई है. वहीं बीजेपी ने साफ कहा है कि हाई कोर्ट ने पीआईएल पर कोई स्टे नहीं दिया है इसलिए वे रथयात्रा जरूर निकालेंगे।
